How do I buy a ticket?
Find your event, pick a category, hold your seat, and check out. Your hold is valid for 10 minutes while you complete payment.
Is my purchase secure?
Payments are processed through Stripe with PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store full card numbers.
When do I receive my tickets?
Digital tickets are issued by email as soon as payment clears, usually within a minute. You can also re-download them from your account page.
What if my event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund automatically to the original payment method.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Tickets on the secondary market are generally non-refundable. See our refund policy for details on exceptions.
How does pricing work?
Prices are set by sellers on the secondary market and may be above or below face value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
