By using myticketora.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase tickets. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Marketplace role

MyTicketora operates as a secondary-ticket marketplace. We are not the seller of the tickets listed; sellers are independent third parties. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value.

Payment

All purchases are processed in EUR through our payment partner Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the full charge of the amount displayed at checkout.

Tickets and delivery

Tickets are typically delivered by email as PDF within minutes of a successful payment. Possession of a confirmation email does not constitute the ticket itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTicketora AG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
