Overview
Because tickets on our marketplace are sold by independent third-party sellers, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.
When refunds apply
Full refunds are issued automatically if an event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled, your existing ticket is valid for the new date.
If your tickets are not delivered in time or are invalid at the gate, contact support — we'll either replace the tickets or refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID. We'll investigate and respond within one business day.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
